Our Mission Statement
The Chanie Kolodny Library is dedicated to providing a high quality and professional library geared specifically towards the local frum community, adhering to appropriate standards. The library is also dedicated to providing the Golders Green community with a connection to reading, lifelong learning, and personal enrichment.
The Chanie Kolodny Library is committed to:
- Quality and Professionalism - providing a library to meet the needs of its patrons in a professional, yet understanding way.
- Informative Resources and providing services that are sensitively crafted to meet unique requirements of its patrons.
- Support and Educate its patrons, as needed, on the proper use of the Library's resources.
- Member Service and creating a pleasant, user-oriented learning environment where Library materials are readily available.
Our vision is to eventually create a spacious, purpose built Library, open full time plus evenings, and that is mindful of our Community's needs and boundaries as well as being respectful of the standards it aspires to.
